I'm another Clarity (et al) addict. I didn't have any problems when I was a kid, then in my teens, things went pear shaped.. :( But as Dempa said; it's not a 100% help. BTW, you can usually get "own branded" products that are exactly the same as the "branded" products, here in UK we have Tesco's, Boot's, Superdrug's own brands that are the same product as the Clarity one (not 100% sure - don't sue me) but the price is usually only 30-50% of the "branded product" :) Worht a try!

Yeah, I can also feel some itching after taking Clarityn, but it's nothing I can't live with. I guess I'm pretty lucky after all. I had this friend in school who every spring had to stay home from school for two months because of his extremely bad allergies. He had air cleaners and stuff in his house, and he got really ugly exema on his body, mainly on his legs, big red bleeding spots.

xevve: I've been using Clarityn for the past 15 years. Before that I used Lomudal. Clarityn works well, but not 100% unfortunately. Atleast not for me. I still sneeze, have this irritating itch in my eyes etc. Sometimes I just want to stick a fork into my eyes and scratch the living daylights out of'em. Probably shouldn't try that! ;)

I know EXACTLY what you mean. I had no allergies at all as a kid, but in the last 4-5 years or so, I've started to develop a pretty bad hayfever. Probably got it from my astmatic and allergic-to-everything father. This friday I got extremely bad, sneezing about every fifth second and feeling totally blown up in my head. I got some pills from my father though, Clarityn, and they're really effective. You don't feel a thing (well, not a thing related to allergies) for 24 hours after taking one. Recommended treatment :)
