Happy New Year!

I just wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year. I hope 2007 will bring me some more time to make music and maybe even some time to make this a better blog.

Take care!

Halftone – Stranger EP is out!

October 1st, 2006 by dempa No comments »

Two friends of mine (Stefan Jönsson & Olof Lönnroth) have once again joined forces and started a project called “Halftone“. Their first EP is out and it’s called “Stranger”. As Olof says on his blog: “It’s dark, it’s ambient and it contains vocals“. Yummy! The release contains the original song plus three remixes.

Halftone - Stranger EP

This is a good EP. Why? Well, first of all, you can’t beat the price – It’s free! But best of all – It’s good music! Go download (or hurry up and buy the limited CD – my copy is on the way)!

…hedgehogs!

Hedgehog

This cute fellow visited us tonight. I was walking out from the bathroom when it made its way across the hallway. It hid under the staircase leading to the second floor. It took some engineering (moving furniture, shoes and misc stuff around) to get him to leave.

Also in the category “animals in our house”: Early bird

Krugle – Search engine for developers

June 15th, 2006 by dempa No comments »

I’ve been beta testing Krugle for some time, and Yesterday they went live. It has already saved me quite some time when coding on different projects.

Krugle is a search engine specifically targeted at developers. It indexes source code, technical information and information on projects and lets you search it using a very nice web interface (very Web 2.0).

Try it!

I’ve had this one ready for release for atleast a week, but I couldn’t come up with a decent name for it. It’s a 140bpm psy/goa track with many classic elements. Enjoy!

edit: Forgot the link! Doh! “Destination Cairo” (5:05) 5.9MB
